Things you may be wondering....

Q:When can I expect my order to ship?

A: Due to the fact that we offer various designers, the delivery of your item really depends on which item you purchase. Most custom designer orders range between 3-4 weeks for delivery.  DVCoutureBridal accessories for the most part will take between 10-20 businesses days for delivery, with the exception of sashes and beaded veils. For more information please read the product description carefully as it will tell you exactly what the delivery time rage is.

 

You will receive a confirmation email once you place your order. This email means we are static and have received your order; basically your accessory is in process of being ordered or made. An email with  tracking number will be sent to you once your order is ready to ship. This email means your items are finished being made and packaged and the mail carrier is on it's way to my studio to pick it up. If you choose to make an account with us, you may log in at any time to check the status of your order.  Once you receive a tracking number you may track your package until it makes its way home to you.

Q: What if my wedding is REALLY soon or I want my order shipped ASAP?                                                                            

A: Not problem at all! Just CONTACT me before ordering. Most of our designer’s will offer a rush option order to accommodate your request.  However, they might charge a rush fee so please read the item description carefully for more information or contact me for more details. I encourage you to choose from our DVCoutureBridal brand as all of our accessories are handmade and I will be more than happy to help you. Most of our DVCouture brand items are rush fee free! 

Q: Do you ship internationally?                                                        

A: As of right now we are only shipping nationwide in the United States. If you are from out of the states please contact me, I might be able to accommodate your request!

Q: Why don't you allow returns or cancellations?

A: If you wish to cancel your order it must be done within the first 24 hours. As long as I have not placed any orders for material or to my vendors, I will accept a cancelation. However did I mention most of our items are custom ordered or handmade?  The moment you place your order a series of events start at my design studio or the designer’s studio. Either I place your custom order which means the designer will be creating your item from scratch or I receive your order and I order the materials I need. I start cutting tulle and setting stones and hand make your accessory and lastly arranges for the mail carrier to pick up and deliver your package.  I do not stock accessories. Too much love is put into creating, packaging and shipping your selections that it simply isn't manageable for anything to come back. So please read all item descriptions carefully and if you have any questions please contact me prior to placing your order.

Q: How soon before my wedding should I order my accessories? 

A: There is no rule to this.  You can purchase your accessories as soon as you purchased your gown or you can choose to wait and accessorize later on. We do suggest that at a minimum, you'll order in time for your dress fittings and your hair trial. It’s great to see everything come together at those appointments. Keep in mind that some items may take up to 16 weeks for delivery so please plan accordingly.

Q: Can I customize the length, color or design of the pieces I want to order?  

A: Again this really depends on what designer item you are purchasing. Some of our designers will accommodate changed but others won’t.  Please read all descriptions carefully and fell free to contact me if you have any questions!

As for the DVCoutureBridal brand the answer is absolutely! Didn’t I mentioned most all of my items are custom handmade! This means they are all bespoke designs made for each bride and we can absolutely customize to your liking! Because customization requires a more hands-on approach than is possible just placing an order online, it is REQUIRED that you contact me by email and I will then follow up with a phone call to go over all the details. We will then work together to customize away!

Q: What color should I order? 

A: Trying to color match from a computer screen can be hard at time, especially for something as important as your wedding day. If you are unsure of what color to order I strongly encourage you get in touch with me prior to ordering your selection.
