We do not have a minimum order size. For wholesale visit our wholesale tab and get in touch for more information.

We accept Shopify Payments, Paypal, VISA, MC, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. However please note that we are unable to start on your order until payment is received. Checks, cash or C.O.D’s are not accepted.

We also offer a PAYMENT PLAN for orders at or greater than $500. Please email us for more information if you are in need of this payment option.

Most items on our site are generally processed and shipped (leave our facility) within 10-20 business days, pending credit card verification and material availability. Each item has a notation within its description of the time required to ship the particular item. Some Custom orders require 6-8 weeks to be processed and shipped, although most designers do offer "rush service" for a fee.

At checkout you will have the option of creating an account. This way you may log in at any time to check the status of your order. You will receive an e-mail verification that your order has been accepted by our system, a 2nd email from the shipper notifying you that you that your order has shipped. We ship UPS, Express and USPS (the US Postal Service), you will have an option of choosing which shipping carrier you would like to use. The email from the shipper will contain your tracking #, which allows you to track your package by going to their web site.

We offer free ground shipping on ALL orders over $75.00.

If we cannot ship your order within the time frame indicated on our site, you will be notified by email with the anticipated ship date. We will ship your order on the anticipated date unless we receive an email from you requesting rush service or cancellation. Note this is time we can allow cancelations.

At this time we do not ship internationally. However if you absolutely fall in love with one of our pieces please get in touch with us. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Rush Processing is available for an additional fee. If you are in need of a rush order please contact us and we will help you right away.

We will collect applicable sales tax if we are required by law to do so.

Due to the fragile nature of the majority of our products and the unique wearing occasion, our return policy is a bit stricter than major department stores. Since most of our items are handmade and considered custom orders, all sales are final and no returns or exchanges are allowed. See our FQA page for more details on this, as we explained further why it is truly hard for me to accept returns. Thank you for understanding.

If you wish to cancel your order it must be done within the first 24 hours. As long as I have not placed any orders for material or to my vendors, I will accept a cancelation. Once your order has begun the production process it cannot be canceled and no refund or exchanges can be allowed.

As mentioned above, in the event that we cannot ship your order within the time frame shown on our website, you will have an option of canceling your order at no penalty. Should your card have already been charged we will be happy to refund you with no hassle what so ever.
